Grinding plant is mainly applied in building materials, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, refractory, ceramic, steel, thermal power, coal and other industries to grind various non-flammable and easy explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and humidity less than 6%, the finished product fineness can reach arbitrary regulation between 30 mesh to 400 mesh. Notes:
1. In the working course, the machine should be in the charge of specific personnel whom must have a certain level of technology. Before installing the mill, the operating personnel must carry out the necessary technical training to understand the principle of the mill performance and familiar with operating procedures.
2. Having been used for a period of time, the machine should be inspected and maintained while wearing parts including the roller and mill ring blade should be checked for replacement, connecting bolt of grinding roller device should be carefully examined to see if there is a loosening and grease is sufficient.
3. Replace the roller as it has been used more than 500 hours or so; rolling bearings in each roller must be cleaned, damaged parts should be replaced; refueling tool can be manual petrol pump and grease gun.
