3. Impact crusher is applying for modern mechatronics technology and modern control methods (such as hydraulic technology, electronic technology) to constantly raise the level of automation of impact crusher and reduce the labor intensity and increase productivity.
4. Research and develop new flat hammer materials with high wear resistance and high toughness to improve the life of flat hammer and productivity.
5. Improve structure of existing counterattack crusher to improve the crushing ability on medium hard ore and equipment maintenance convenience of counterattack crusher, and mainly focus on the improvement on plate hammer and rotor structure, so as to replace and load plate hammer.
With the rapid development of modern socio-economic, social demand and expand production scale of various metal, non-metal, chemical mineral, as well as cement, building material and other item have increased rapidly. Materials required grinding also has increased rapidly, therefore, the crushing and powder engineering will play a huge role in the national economy.
