The compound crusher can crush large materials, and the discharging granularity can be adjusted at will without the influence of the abrasion of the board hammer and lining plate. It adopts the no-grizzly-bar structure to avoid blocking, which is suitable to crush materials with much moisture and silt content. The elastic adjustment structure will help discharge materials that can’t be crushed, thus avoid damaging the equipment. The long life bearing is arranged horizontally to crush high temperature materials like cement clinker. The rotor of the compound crusher has special structure which won’t be worn once crushed; the screw rod or the hydraulic pressure opener is installed in the back cavity and it’s easy to change quick-wear part.

Raw materials are fed from the top of the combination crusher, and fall into the rotating impeller at a high speed to be crushed. As other materials simultaneously fall around the rotating impeller, the two kinds of materials join together and are crushed by each other. The materials are crushed many times in the impeller of the combination crusher, and are finally discharged from beneath the machine.
Materials fall into the high speed spinning impeller from the top of the machine, and get crashed and crushed at high speed with the other materials spreading around the impeller in an umbrella shape under the high speed centrifugal action. After materials hit each other, they get further crashing, grinding and crushing in eddy current between the impeller and the chassis. Then they are discharged from the bottom barrel, forming multiple closed circuit recycling process. The finished product particle size is controlled by the screening machine.
