Dryer machine is widely used in the field of building material, metallurgy, chemistry, cement and so on. It can dry slag, coal powder, mining powder, clay, sand, limestone and so on. It is composed of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device etc. The dryer has advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and so on.

Cement rotary dryer is suitable to dry metallic and nonmetallic minerals, clay in cement industry and coal in coal mine, etc. Characteristics of cement rotary dryer include high drying capacity, smooth rotation, low energy consumption and easy operation.
The heat source of the dryer comes from the burning device by way of air current. Thus, the materials should be added from the feeding box and go to the cylinder through the feeding gutter. Since the dryer is put obliquely, some materials flow to the trailing end under the gravity and rotary force, while other materials are raised to the top by the shoveling plate over and over again and then they are scattered to form an even curtain. Because of the continuous exchange of heat, the water in the materials will be dried to achieve the effect.
